We arrived late and needed to be picked up at the airport, the shuttle service stopped at midnight but I called and the shuttle driver stayed late to pick us up. The next morning they drove us to the car rental location. Breakfast was one the best I have even had at a hotel. Stuff was so helpful and pleasant.

I really like the breakfast offering. The area is always full and clean. I also like having the ice machine on the floor

Polite, professional staff. Excellent accommodations. Room was very clean. Easy check in/check out. Super convenient proximity wise to the airport with free parking and shuttle. I highly recommended this hotel.

It was so clean, the food was healthy and of very good quality. I liked the fact that the shower room is accessible unlike in other hotels in a tub sort of.

I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast, went to work early. Super clean room, thank you this is koodoos to housekeeping department thank you this made me feel good about staying here.

Over all it was an awesome stay. We did have a few issues, like the tub not draining very slow, and an sewer odor through the hotel. And room not getting cleaned.But we enjoyed our stay all the staff was very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed Elizabeth the manger and the night shift lady which I can’t think of her name but she works 11-7 whom works 6 days a night except for Monday’s. She was very friendly, polite and went out her way for us to figure out my charges. She is amazing and a good worker.
